By opting to receive SMS messages, users acknowledge that message and data rates may apply according to their mobile service plan. A2P Messaging Content and Opt-Out
Messaging frequency varies, but A2P messages dispatched to users include:

- A final reminder 1 hour before the appointment, where applicable.
